Support through heartbreak, grief and the emotional impact of a relationship ending.
Rebuild your sense of self and reconnect with who you are outside the relationship.
Support if you're questioning a relationship, struggling with a breakup or trying to understand what comes next.
Heartbreak has a way of turning your whole world upside down. Using Behavioural Coaching and Solution-Focused Coaching, I help clients process what has happened, understand what they need and start moving forward with their lives.
You may be replaying conversations in your head, wondering whether you made the right decision or checking your phone more often than you’d like to admit.
I’ve been there.
And while it may not feel like it right now, this heartbreak will not last forever.
My job is to provide a calm, safe and supportive space for you to pick yourself up and move forward.
Together, we’ll focus on helping you heal, rebuilding your confidence and starting to create a future that feels exciting again.
Let's chat
You replay conversations, analyse every text message, wonder what you could have done differently. It’s exhausting.
Breakups can leave you questioning your worth, your judgement and even your identity. You may no longer feel like yourself.
Part of you knows the relationship has ended, but another part still hopes things might change. This emotional tug-of-war can be incredibly painful.
People often underestimate how difficult heartbreak can be. You don’t need other people’s opinions or to be told ‘time heals all’. You need support.
I know how painful a relationship breakdown can be because I’ve experienced it myself.
Alongside my own experience, I bring more than 14 years of experience supporting families, couples and individuals through difficult life transitions.
I am an Accredited Breakup & Divorce Practitioner Coach, an Accredited Transition Relationship Coach, and hold qualifications in counselling skills and family support.
Most importantly, I offer a space where you can be honest about how you’re feeling and start moving forward without judgement.
Sometimes you need more than time.
Breakup coaching gives you a space to process what has happened, make sense of your emotions and start moving forward. Together, we’ll work on rebuilding your confidence, managing difficult feelings and helping you reconnect with yourself outside of the relationship.
Healing isn’t always a straight line. Some weeks you’ll feel strong and hopeful, other weeks you may feel like you’ve taken steps back.
Mentoring provides ongoing support, encouragement and accountability from someone who understands how hard a relationship breakdown can be.
Not everyone who comes to me has already gone through a breakup.
You may be questioning your relationship, feeling unhappy but unsure why, or struggling with a major life change that’s putting pressure on your partnership.
Relationship transition coaching gives you the space to explore what’s happening, understand what you need and make decisions that feel right for you.
After your initial free consultation, here’s what you can expect in terms of costs. If you’re facing financial difficulties, concessions may be available, and if I’m unable to support you, I’ll gladly provide referrals to other resources.

A breakup coach is someone who helps you navigate the emotional and practical elements that often follow the end of a relationship.
My role is to help you process what’s happened, rebuild confidence and move forward.
No. Therapy often focuses on understanding the past, while coaching focuses on helping you move forward and create positive change in the present.
There is no timeline for heartbreak. Everyone heals differently. Coaching helps you move through the process with support, structure and self-compassion.
That’s more common than you might think. Coaching gives you a safe space to explore your feelings without judgement and work out what you need moving forward.
Yes. Many clients come to me because they feel stuck in a cycle of overthinking, checking social media or replaying the relationship in their head.
Together, we’ll work on breaking those patterns.
You don’t need to have all the answers before asking for support.
Coaching can help you gain clarity and make decisions that feel right for you.
Yes, I offer both online and face-to-face sessions.
But first, I always tell people to book in a free consultation so we can work out the best route for you.
That’s exactly why I offer a free consultation. It gives us the chance to talk about your situation and see whether working together feels right.
