Divorce can leave you feeling like you've lost yourself

When you’re going through a divorce, it can feel as though every part of your life is changing at once.

You may be trying to cope with difficult emotions, make important decisions, navigate co-parenting, or just get through each day without feeling completely overwhelmed.

I know how lonely that can feel because I’ve been there myself.

My role is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and start re-building.

Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more confident, more in control and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.

Let's chat

You may be feeling like

01.

You're carrying the weight of the world

Divorce can bring a never-ending stream of decisions, conversations and responsibilities. You may feel emotionally exhausted, unable to switch off, or unsure where to even start.

02.

Afraid of what the future looks like

Will you be financially okay? Where will you live? How will the children cope? Divorce can leave you with so many unanswered questions that it’s hard to think about anything else.

03.

You're trying to be strong for everyone else

You want to protect your children. Reassure your family. Keep showing up at work. But underneath it all, you might be struggling a lot more than anyone realises.

04.

You just want someone who understands

Friends and family can be wonderful, but they aren’t objective. Sometimes you simply need a space where you can speak openly, without judgment, and focus on what is right for you.

FAQs

What is a divorce coach?

A divorce coach is someone who supports you through the emotional and practical reality of divorce.

Friends and family often mean well, but they usually have strong opinions, whereas solicitors focus on the legal side.

As a divorce coach, my job is to support you.

I help you make sense of what’s happening, work through challenges and feel more confident about the decisions you’re making.

No, they’re quite different.

Therapy often focuses on understanding the past and processing emotions.

Divorce coaching focuses more on where you are now and how you’re going to move forward.

Many people find coaching helpful because they want practical support alongside a safe space to talk things through.

That’s completely okay.

In fact, many people come to me before they’ve made any final decisions. You don’t need to have all the answers. Coaching gives you the space to slow down, untangle your thoughts and work out what’s right for you without pressure or judgement.

Yes.

Whether communication has broken down, you’re constantly arguing, or you’re dealing with someone who is controlling, manipulative or high-conflict, it can be incredibly draining.

While I can’t change their behaviour, I can help you understand your options, set healthier boundaries and feel more confident in how you respond.

Absolutely. Many parents worry about how divorce will affect their children and how they’ll manage co-parenting moving forward.

Together, we can explore ways to reduce conflict, improve communication and focus on creating the best possible environment for your children, even when the relationship between parents is difficult.

Many of my clients work with both.

Your solicitor is there to deal with the legal side of divorce. I’m here to support you through everything else, the emotions, the uncertainty, the difficult decisions and the day-to-day challenges that come with such a major life change.

Yes, I offer both online and face-to-face sessions.

Many people choose online coaching because it feels easier and more comfortable, especially during a difficult period. It also means you can access support wherever you are without having to travel.

That’s exactly why I offer a free consultation.

It gives us the chance to talk about what’s going on, what support you’re looking for and whether I feel like the right person to help. There’s no pressure and no obligation, just an opportunity to see if working together feels right for you.

"You might not be able to control all the events that happen to you, but you can choose to not be reduced by them."
